Sweet Briar Cottage is a well decorated single storey semi detached cottage which is situated next to Rose Cottage.

This lovely cottage sleeps 4 and it has two bedrooms comprising of one double and one twin. The double bedroom contains a double bed, two bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. The twin bedroom comprises twin beds, a single wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Bed linen is included in the prices quoted and the beds are made up ready for guests to use.

The sitting room has been designed to create a country cottage atmosphere. The furniture consists of a three seater sofa, easy chair, rustic coffee table, a unit for brochures/reading lamp and a TV/DVD. There is an electric log effect fire within a brick built fireplace ideal for those chilly evenings.

The dining kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer and an under counter fridge/freezer. There is a dining table and four chairs and a small pantry for storage. There is the added advantage of a stable door to the outside which looks out onto the garden, lawn and patio area with garden furniture. The cottage overlooks beautiful views over open countryside.

The bathroom has a full suite, with heater and electric shower.

The cottage has electric heating in all rooms.

Just outside the kitchen is a patio area with garden furniture and safe parking for a car etc.

Guests are more than welcome to use the 1.5 acre garden and enjoy the beautiful views over open countryside and on fine evenings some glorious sunsets.
